Julie, a gifted computer specialist, was turned down for the positionshe wanted at the local bank. In addition, she learns that some of theideas she presented in her job interview have been stolen by the bank'scurrent computer person, and she is furious. When Julie meets Michael,who is angry with the bank about a wire transfer, the two of themdevise a scheme to make phony ATM cards and steal money from the bankmachines. While they are doing this, they accidentally uncover a groupof international hackers who are plotting to crash the Federal ReserveBank. Julie and Michael go to Washinton D.C. to tell the F.B.I. whatthey've learned, with the hackers, who are now aware that they've beendiscovered, chasing after them.
